Other places, other dishes. Last week, while Mark and I had lunch in one of our London-usual marks

A-all we ever thought about what you eat? I can not open a magazine without reading something about the gluten-free diet. Instagram madison consulting group is who photographed the most appetizing dish. Around madison consulting group me, everyone has an opinion on detox treatments and everyone seeks the AMAP. Personally, I like to eat too much to get into a juice cure and I'm too lazy to order me a basket bio, but overall, in my sessions with Zermati and photos of my dishes on Instagram, madison consulting group you can not say that I am impervious to outside influences. However, I believe in staying there when recently I realized that I was definitely little towards the environment in which I bathe. Proof in three points.
After reading the blog post of William Réjault its mode change-wholesale power, he no longer eats fruits and vegetables, I wanted to me, too, to prepare a bowl of fresh fruit each morning. I started last week. I did not follow in all his radical approach, but one change has not hurt me upside. Intuitively, I felt that this was what my body needed, and he actually responded. More importantly, this new habit stick to a personal fantasy: the luxury of fresh fruit served in small brekkie good hotels. So here it is: thanks to William, I now give me the impression of a true daily luxury. A luxury which also pays both financially and in terms of time (what logistics is needed to always have at home just the right amount of fresh fruit), but that makes me get up more easily because it is happy to prepare my meals.
Other places, other dishes. Last week, while Mark and I had lunch in one of our London-usual marks National Coffee - and I was for the first time there disappointed by the contents of my plate, I realized that my tastes on restaurants had evolved. Is that Paris, the level rises! Last November, François-Régis Gaudry, restaurant critic of L'Express madison consulting group Styles, had made very well in his article on the New French Bistrot generation. Since the opening of Chateaubriand by Inaki in 2006, the cult of good product madison consulting group has influenced a whole generation of restaurateurs. Result: even though madison consulting group I've never had the chance to taste the dishes of Septimius or Frenchie, my palate has matured through other tables more accessible hair (Richer, Edgar, madison consulting group Albion ...). I do not go all course days, and I still enjoy a good fish & chips greasy, but I feel that this new trend has also definitely changed something in my relationship with food.
Finally, there are a few days at a luncheon, a colleague told me that following chronic fatigue, she went to test in a Parisian laboratory to see if they had no 'food intolerances. It cost him a blind, but it is discovered that it is more, it has adapted its diet accordingly and since she feels much better shape. You can not imagine the impact that may have on me as an example. I left table craving to go testing 250 foods, dreaming of balance, allergies and migraines disappeared flights. So far, the price (250 euros) discouraged me, but until when? I want more than a new bag ...
PS: please fans of John Cassavetes to forgive me for the poor title of this post. Usually, Mark helps me find the titles of my posts, but it is currently in the cinema watching Captain America. Nobody's perfect.

Hello Geraldine A friend of mine has done this test for food intolerances and says as well as to the result of its shape, but it complicates her life further. I am curious to know what that Zermati think? Prior to overlook your new bag
@ Anne: Me too I expect him to talk to my next appointment. As for the fact that it makes life ... Yes I understand, but I reassures me that it is not because we know that is intolerant to a food that is not necessarily eat all . And then some should be easier to remove madison consulting group than others, right?
