Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in collaboration with USAID / Sida FARMA and SIPPO project, prepared hopco food service jointly hopco food service catalog companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is engaged in the production and processing of fruits and vegetables. Catalog will be printed later this year in English and German, and distributed through fairs and trade missions abroad. Companies hopco food service interested in presenting in the catalog it is necessary to return the completed questionnaire to represent the company in the fruit and vegetable export catalog (document attached) delivery by fax or e-mail indicated in the curriculum hopco food service by 30 August 2013th year. Otherwise, Bosnia and Herzegovina on the average exports about 66 million KM worth of fruits and vegetables (data for the last 3 years). Analyses worked USAID / Sida FARMA project shows that a third of total exports was the category of frozen fruit, including berries (33%), followed by fresh fruit (23%), processed vegetables (19%) and fresh vegetables (15 %). The biggest partners of Bosnia and Herzegovina in this sector are currently Western Europe, Russia, and countries in the region.
