From 21 to 24 May 2014, in Ohrid will hold the 7th Central European Congress on Food - CEFood organized by the Consulting and Training Center KEY Skopje. The Congress takes place under the auspices of the European Federation of Science and Technology in Food (EFFoST) and the International Union of Science and Technology in Food (IUFoST), in cooperation with: European Hygienic Engineering and Design (EHEDG), Global Initiative harmonization (GHI), International Institute for cooling (IIR) and the European Association for Chemical and Molecular Sciences (EuCheMS).
According to organizers, the congress food fotography will be attended by more than 300 scientists, researchers, professionals, companies, food fotography governmental and non-governmental organizations, consultants and individuals working in the areas of: production and processing of food quality food fotography and food safety, nutrition, hygienic engineering and design innovative technologies, new trends in the food industry, in Europe and around the world.
The title of this year's Congress is "Integration of the food chain", and topics are listed as ingredients and food additives, food structure, food production, food engineering, food processing and Sustainability, food analysis, microbiology, chemistry and Biochemistry of food quality and food safety; Hygienic food fotography Engineering and Design food fotography (machinery, equipment, design food fotography and construction of facilities, materials, hygiene and sanitation), Food Packaging and shelf life, the design of food products; Cooling and freezing food fotography food chain Refrigeration; Biotechnology, New bioproizvodi, functional foods; Consumers, Health, nutrition and Sensory food fotography properties of food; Traditional food, protection food fotography of food products ...
Also, among other events, the Congress will have two sessions food fotography will be devoted to brokerage events (tete-a-tete) meetings food fotography between research organizations / research institutions food fotography / companies / individuals in order to establish business cooperation, create new partnerships and consortia to apply the HORIZON 2020, Leonardo da Vinci and other EU-funded programs, and networking.
The event will have various types of grant awards to participants on best papers, abstracts, posters related to the topics of food packaging, storage, refrigeration and shelf life of products. 2014-05-20
